One morning, as I flew over Rio Rancho, I couldn’t believe how fast it was growing. Brand-new neighborhoods were popping up in what felt like overnight. Roads, parks, homes—it was like watching a city come alive in real time.

That’s when it hit me: I wanted to be part of that growth. I didn’t want to just fly over communities—I wanted to help people become part of them. That moment helped push me toward real estate.

Since then, I’ve had the joy of helping lots of buyers get into new construction homes in Rio Rancho and the Southwest. Whether it's choosing a floor plan, picking finishes, or just getting through the paperwork, I love helping clients feel confident in their decision—and excited for what’s ahead.
